Issuer Disclosure

According to Article 30, paragraph 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Securities Market”, “An issuer that is a public company must periodically disclose information in the form of an annual and quarterly report, which includes the issuer’s financial statements for the quarter and other data provided for by regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.”

According to Article 30, paragraph 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Securities Market” states, “A summary of the quarterly report, including financial statements, is subject to publication in print or electronic media.”
