In order to become a member of the stock exchange, regardless of whether you want to buy or sell, whether you are an individual or a legal entity, you must necessarily conclude an agreement with a broker. Only through your broker you can apply for the purchase or sale of shares on the stock exchange.
It is prohibited to make transactions on the stock exchange without a broker, according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The broker’s work includes:
– identification of the person (establishing that the person who wants to gain access to the stock market is not under investigation; has not previously been prosecuted for financial crimes; is not someone who wants to launder or hide money);
– verification of the actual availability of securities (when selling), or cash (when buying), before submitting an application to the stock exchange;
– interaction with the stock exchange, depository and registrars in the interests of their client, as well as the registration of all documents on exchange transactions, in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Stages of getting access to trading on the stock exchange

Install the broker application on your mobile phone. Or go to the broker's website, which is listed below.

Go through the identification procedure and conclude an agreement (possibly remotely). However, the broker may require you to come to the office if it considers it necessary.
III
Transfer the funds to the clearing account for the purchase of securities. Or deposit your securities if you want to sell them.
IV
Buy/sell securities. Invest and earn!
