Listing is a procedure for including securities in a Special List of the stock exchange.
The listing includes securities of those issuers that meet the exchange’s financial position requirements and who wish to have the image of a successful, transparent, actively developing company in the investment market.
Representatives of issuers wishing to include their securities in the listing should contact the administration of the stock exchange. You can find out more about the listing rules and procedure in the section “Listing Rules of Securities of CJSC Kyrgyz Stock Exchange – ETS”.
The listing on CJSC "KSE-ETS" consists of four categories:
1
2
3
Category C – the amount of equity capital is more than 5,000,000 som; the company has broken even for the last reporting year; the amount of borrowed funds should not exceed 20% of the amount of equity.

The “Prime” category is intended for shares of joint–stock companies that are created for the future acquisition of assets, financing for which is attracted by the joint-stock company during a public or private placement of shares through the trading platform of CJSC “Kyrgyz Stock Exchange -ETS”. The issuer must be break-even for the last reporting year (for issuers operating for more than one calendar year). The issuer’s own capital must be at least 1 million soms, of which at least 750,000 soms has been paid in cash. The issuer’s manager must be a person with successful experience in managing commercial organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic or abroad, or the Issuer must involve a professional participant in the securities market of the Kyrgyz Republic who has a license for trust management of investment assets for more than one year in the issue of shares as a sponsor.
Listing gives the following advantage:
Investment attractiveness. Investors with much more confidence invest in companies that, thanks to listing on the stock exchange, demonstrate transparency of their financial indicators and significant business events. Listing on the stock exchange also gives the company’s securities liquidity: investors greatly appreciate the opportunity to buy and sell securities through an always available market mechanism, without having to look for buyers or sellers on their own.
Reduction of tax payments (In accordance with the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, paragraph 33 of Article 167 and paragraph 9 of Article 189 of the Tax Code, provisions are provided for exemption from personal income tax and corporate income tax received as a result of the sale of shares listed on the stock exchange).
